My journey started with me being 248lb with stage 2 hypertension, and my body was in a prediabetic state. I didn't know what to do. I decided to do the one thing I could count on to get it right and that was researching effortlessly.

My research lead me down many rabbit holes with little to no results for almost 2 years and then I finally had a breakthrough.


I compiled this mini-course to simply explain the best way to organize yourself while seeking to change your lifestyle. If I had an organized approach on my journey I would’ve eliminated my hypertension in a matter of a few weeks.
